Terms and Conditions for PilatesCombined Online Pilates Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "You") and PilatesCombined ("We," "Us," or "PilatesCombined"). By accessing and using the services provided by PilatesCombined, including but not limited to online Pilates classes, instructional videos, workshops, and other related content ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Release of Liability
a. Release of Liability: PilatesCombined, its instructors, employees, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of using the Services. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless PilatesCombined from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and liabilities arising out of your participation in the Services.
b. Health Considerations: You affirm that you are physically fit to participate in the Pilates exercises and have received approval from your healthcare provider to engage in physical activity. If you are unsure about your health status or have any concerns, you should consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
2. Accountability for Injury
a. Client’s Responsibility: You acknowledge that PilatesCombined is not responsible for any injuries, discomfort, or health issues arising from improper technique, excessive exertion, or failure to follow safety guidelines during classes. It is your responsibility to ensure you perform exercises correctly and listen to your body, making modifications as necessary.
b. Injury During Classes: If you experience pain or injury during a class, you must stop immediately and seek medical attention as necessary. It is your responsibility to cease participation in any exercise that causes discomfort or pain.
3. Personalised Advice and Adjustments
a. General Information: The Services provided by PilatesCombined are for informational and instructional purposes only. Any advice, recommendations, or modifications provided through the platform are not personalised medical or therapeutic advice, and you should not rely on them as such. PilatesCombined does not replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
b. Modification of Exercises: You agree to modify or avoid any exercises as needed based on your individual health status or limitations. It is your responsibility to ensure that any modifications align with your own level of fitness and physical capacity.
4. Payment and Membership
a. Subscription Fees: By signing up for a membership, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you select. Payment will be processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
b. Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by following the instructions provided in the account settings. PilatesCombined does not offer refunds for partial months or unused content, except in cases where you are entitled to a refund under English law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by PilatesCombined, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of PilatesCombined and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
6. Modifications to Services and Terms
PilatesCombined reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. Additionally, PilatesCombined may update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically, and continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
b. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
By accessing or using the Services provided by PilatesCombined, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
